Sun beds for a cost with amenities include??

Saw this on a review can anyone else shed some light on this? Not that I would pay it but found it interesting, was it something only offered during the European sailings?

I would be interested in more info on this as well. With the crowding at the pools, if that price was for the week, it would be worth it to us. We loved the privacy and service of the Haven pool area on NCL.
