Birth certificates will do. And make sure your younger kids know their birthday. Customs agents asked all of my kids their birthdays at embark/debarkation. I was pleasantly surprised that my 4 year remembered hers

 

 

Carnival Dream, Fantasy, and Liberty. Next up? The SUNSHINE!!!!
