I redeemed $300.00 obc from my Carnival Master Card today for 9/27/2015 cruise out of New Orleans on the Dream. When a and where will this show up on my cruise documents? Thanks for your help........:)

In your case, I believe you will see it in your account on 9/28.

I never received anything when I redeemed for cruise cash from our carnival mastercard (other than the generic email saying we redeemed a gift card)...so I emailed Carnival asking for confirmation and they sent me a printout with the information.

 

I know they say "it will show up when you get onboard"..but I always like to have proof with me!

What email address did you email to get the confirmation in writing?

 

They told us it wouldn't show in our boarding docs but would be in our account once we boarded but I would like to have something in writing.
