Hornet Posted April 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2004 You can find info on the Princess site under Shore Excursions ~ select your destination ~ select your port. Many excursions to choose from. We'll be doing the Mexican Riveria in the fall ~ can't wait. Also this Board has lots of great info on Ports of Call. MouseMan Posted April 15, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 15, 2004 Randi's Happy Horses in Mazatlan is highly recommended. JohnQ Posted April 15, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 15, 2004 Except for the whalewatching and a little fine tuning, the excursions should remain basically the same as offered now, which is available on their site. The site above has info on several independent tours. The Sierra Madre trip outside of Mazatlan is good for first timers who want to see more of the country. You see a small village and another small town, Copola and I cant think of the other. Randi's Happy Horses tour on Stone Island is also very nice, laid back and only $45. Vahartta Adventures in PV provides several tours for the cruise ships including canopy tours, rainforest safari adventure with beach BBQ and open bar (lots of fun, a little educ)and the Rythmns of the Night tour. The pirate ship cruises in Cabo, as well as the Coastal bus tours with the city and glass factory tour or tequilla factory tours are also great. Others choose the beach time at the resorts.
