last minute booking-carnival or TA?

We are looking to book a last minute cruise. The funds we will be using will not be available until late next month. Our good friend who is a TA just got laid off so my question is, do we look for another TA or do we book directly from the carnival website, or do we call carnival?

Yes. Whatever is easier. Carnival website is really easy to use. Their phone system is nice. For a small cruise, I prefer to just use the website. But when my family cruises, I always call the 800 number and the PVP can help me with the rooms that have the inside door (since we have small kids)

I would just call Carnival direct. Just note though that you will need to place a deposit to hold your reservation.
