Cruising round Horn

From Santiago to Buenos Aires

Which place is best to do trip to Falls?

Best to use ship excursion or our private tours reliable?

Any suggestions great fully accepted.

Also best place to view penguins which does not entail long caoch trip?

Thanks

If the cruise ends in B.A., probably best to do it at your leisure and on your own. You'll need two nights and two half days (other half is travel in/out) and one full day to see the falls well.Get a flight from BA to Puerto Iguazu (IGR). Book hotels on booking.com or equivalent. Easy to get around the falls area by local public bus or taxi. Remember that you will need the Argentine reciprocity fee (paid online in advance, but ship probably requires it to board) and you might need (depending on passport) a visa for Brazil to see the Brazilian side of the falls/park (which you should apply for at the Brazilian Consulate with jurisdiction over your residence, well in advance).

You could also continue on to Rio for a few days with TAM or GOL from the IGU airport in Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, and fly home from there.

Happy travels.
