Best Beach For Watersports?

Rather than booking an excursion, DH and I decided we'd like to find a beach with some amenities like a bar, restaurant, a place to rent watersport activities (i.e. jetski), and has some good snorkling from shore. What would you recommend? How much is a taxi ride from the pier to the beach? Thanks!
