Im thinking of getting it for my 6 day cruise and was just wondering what the total price would be after fees and gratuities.

$49.95 plus 15% gratuity = $57.44 per day per person.

If you purchase it on the first day of a 6 night cruise = 344.65 Per Person

If you purchase it on the second day then the cost is $287.21 Per Person

I thought you could only buy it second day out of Galveston? Or ports that didn't allow first day purchase? Am I incorrect?

Correct, departures from Galveston can only purchase Cheers on Day 2 or Day 3. Drinks purchased on the first day are at the regular rates.
