Excursion choice on New England and Canada cruise

Could anyone recommend the best excursions for the above cruise?

I STRONGLY recommend using Dave's taxi tours in Saint John. Get a group together on your roll call-- for 6 people, 360 Canadian works out to about $47 U.S. Per person. It was awesome.

I booked my own tours for all the ports, except Halifax. I booked the Titanic and Peggy's Cove excursion-- a lot of people liked it. I didn't.

I booked a Hop on bus in Boston-- perfect. In Portland, I did a combo land/sea and then had lunch and yummy donuts. In Bar Harbor, went up to Acadia, and then wandered town (and more lobster!)

I found the Combo titanic ceremetary and Peggy's cove imformative however Peggy's cove not much open by this time of year
