Beer Beer and more beer !!

Hi

Can anybody tell me the size (pints or halfs) and price and brand of the beer on tap/bottled on the Carnival Victory. I dont drink spirits or cocktails and am strictly a beer guy so this info would be appreciated so I can train my wallet and liver prior to our October trip.

Me too! I'll take a good beer anyday over a drink.

 

I didn't drink any beer on tap. Bottles are 12oz. I think domestic was $3.25 and impoted was $3.75 and up. Buckets are the way to go. They knock off a couple of bucks off.

I don't even remember seeing a tap onboard (maybe the sports bar), I'm pretty sure that it was bottles and cans only and a very small selection of real ... errr ... imported beer.;)

Bring your own. Pack it really well in your checked luggage.

I didnt drink beer on our last cruise (Conquest, 9/11), but i wish to God i had packed 2 bottles of Crown Royal in our luggage. 11.39 a piece for a double Crown and Coke. Highway robbery. :mad:

 

I would dedicate a suitcase to just beer. 2 cases should at least get you through the first day or two. If not, well, you might need to pack a dialysis machine too. :)

I remember seeing Heiniken and Budweiser on tap in the lobby bar on the Conquest; I know they had Miller, and Budweiser in cans and they had Corona. But I'm not much of a beer drinker so I didn't pay a lot of attention.

There is no way on this Earth would they ever consider Non Alcoholic Guinness, I can hardly believe the Australians would permit non alcoholic Fosters !! They did try Guinness light in 1979 and have spent the last 26 years regretting it. So I think that the list may be screwed up.
