Using Cruise Credits

We need to cancel a 14 day cruise under the "cancel for any reason" clause. Because the cruise we are cancelling is a longer cruise, it will be a large credit. Will Princess allow us to apply the credit to more than one cruise? Or does the full credit need to be used on only one cruise?

Your credit will be "banked". Use it however you want within the timeline.

Just tell your TA how much you want applied to whichever cruise. It's your money and will be on account for you to use.
