Yes, you get all of the perks. You will, however, pay the higher DSC. Good trade-off though!

You get the perks but not the specials on the price. For example if they are running the special where you get free speciality restaurants, UDP, Gratuities, etc., you only get whatever special offer you had when you had the mini-suite or whatever room you originally booked.

Previous poster is correct. With the upgrade to a full suite, you get the suite perks of a breakfast & lunch venue and a butler & concierge (who are not incl in the DSC and should be tipped) but not all 4 promos (dining, shore ex, wi fi, etc). You keep the original promo you chose with your booking.
