We are thinking of taking a taxi from the port to Parque Mangal das Garcas bird sanctuary. Has anyone been there, and if so, is it worthwhile?

 

Also wondering how long it would take to get from the port to the old city center in Belem. Does anyone know if HAL or the city offers a shuttle?
