We are planning to cruise on the Zenith 11/5 to the Carribean. Is the Concierge class worth the extra money ? Has anyone been on this ship and had the Concierge class. This ship does not have balconies.

We've beat this one up pretty well in a couple of threads here. The net is that you need to look at the perks listed on the Celebrity web site, look at the fare differential, realize that (unlike M-Class) your cabin won't be any bigger than normal, and flip the coin. Same issue arises when trying to decide when on a C-Class ship. Only on M-Class ships (Constellation, Infinity, Summit, Millennium) is the cabin itself a big factor in the decision for many.
