Dolphin Cove via private tour

We will be in Ocho Rios on a P&O cruise ship and would like to spend the day at Dolphin Cove (although we will probably not book any encounters/swim with experiences). I notice that private tours often don't do this trip as they have agreements with the cruise operators, but P&O don't offer this excursion so what would be the best way to get to dolphin cove and back, plus get entrance tickets? Thanks for your help.
