mikemary945 Posted May 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2004 Someone posted this schedule earlier for the Millie's transport between San Marco and the ship on embarkation day: Ship to San Marco - Began at 0900, then every half hour until 1300, at which time it began running every 12 to 15 minutes until 2330. San Marco to Ship - Began at 0930, ran every 1/2 hour until 1330, then began running every 12 to 15 minutes until 2400. Sail Away Day Ship to San Marco - Began at 0800, running every 15 minutes until 1336 San Marco to Ship - Began at 0830, ran every 12 to 15 minutes until 1406. They said that the later shuttles on sailing day were very full, and they were in line with hundreds at 1300 that day. Evidently it pays to get to the ship earlier that day. meg9020 Posted May 7, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted May 7, 2004 Thanks Mike and Mary We were concerned because we have dinner reservation for 9 p.m. and did not want to feel rushed by having to meet the tenders early. ewong Posted May 16, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 16, 2004 Mike, If we purchase a 24h vaporette pass, do we still need the shuttle? In other words, do the water buses get us back to the pier? Thanks.
