I agree that you can make a fairly early flight but going through customs in San Juan can take some time. A few tricks would be to do self disembark so you can get off the ship early, and to get a porter at disembarkation. They will get you past the lines. Also remember that you have to go through agricultural check at the airport. Usually fast but you never know. I personally don't like pushing the time limit too much. Stress after a relaxing vacation. I would go for something after 12:0 to be safe. Which February sailing are you on. We are on the 20th. Have fun.

Seeing it is a Saturday why don't you spend another day in San Juan. Extend your vacation. :) We are going to get off the boat, leave out bags at the Marriott and head to old San Juan. Fly out to Toronto on Sunday at 4pm.
