Can't pre-book teppanyaki for Star?

We are booked in a suite for the Star's Jan 31, 2016 sailing. DH and I just booked multiple specialty restaurants, but Teppanyaki doesn't show up on our list of options. I know I can ask the concierge to reserve once onboard, but I'd rather take advantage of pre-booking and knowing it coordinates with our port tour plans.

Any ideas?

Had the same problem on the Sun for SA. Not that is a live or die situation, but I did notice that

Ask the pre-concierge to book it for you along with your pillow and other requests. Since it is part of the perks package, they may be able to do it for you now. If not, they will forward the request to the concierge on board who will do it when you arrive.

it should not be a problem to book onboard, especially if in a suite.

We requested it before boarding and got our time confirmed on board through the concierge.

We cruised in November on the Dawn, also in a suite and Teppanyaki wasn't listed as an online choice for us either. We made the ressies with the concierge as soon as we met him in the lounge prior to boarding.

We just got off the Star yesterday and as said above the concierge will get you in. The chefs were good, not great, and I would say the same about the food, except for the rice which was awesome! We had a party of 8 which filled half the room.

I tried to pre-book it as well, only to see its not on the website.

 

We'll just do it when we get onboard.
