jkallet Posted December 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 26, 2015 I am sailing in the BA tomorrow - haven foward suite with connecting balcony stateroom. Was not able to get a 2br at the time I booked, so was advised by CAS to book this way (2 ad, 3 ch) I reached out to my NCL rep who said bc my kids were in a connecting stateroom they would honor the haven privileges. Fast forward 3 months. I'm checking everyone in on Thursday and realize there is no note or anything on the record about my kids. I email everyone under the sun- CLOSED until MONDAY 12/28- after we sail. I spoke to my rep, she says she never got my email with my reservation numbers so even tho the concierge supervisor approved it, it was never taken care of. So, what do I do??? Is there anyone what can help me between now and Monday? The hotel manager? The concierge on board? She suggested I speak to the concierge on board, but I am nervous!! Just relax, and speak to the concierge once your on the ship. Probably not much you can really do before hand. Good luck, I'm sure everything will turn out fine. Enjoy your cruise.
