She is taken a 2 day cruise to no were in a few weeks. She will have her two grand children with her {6 an10}. Teresa I think common sense would say no but what the cruiseline requires is another matter. Just remember it needs to be notorized before a notary public. And as the form states, "When The Form Is Completed, ONLY SIGN It In The Presence Of A Notary Public!"
