Sensenigr Posted January 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Hello: I was trying to book an Extended Aft Balcony for the 02/11/2017 cruise on the Vista. I have had Extended Aft Balconies in the past and they are on the back of the ship (Example: Carnival Breeze). When I try to book an extended aft balcony on the 02/11/2017 cruise, it has me select a Deck 7 Mid-Ship Room. I am wondering, are they going to have "extended balcony mid-ship rooms"? I remember having one of these on a Princess cruise before and it was lovely. Does anybody know about this, or do you think it is a mistake? If a particular type cabin is not available some of the web sites will direct you to the next best cabin available

I would think they would mark it as sold out if it truly was sold out.

BTW, deck 7 extended afts are Havana category. Remember that these extended afts are going to feel completely different in this ship because of the pool are (in my opinion) I love extended aft but didn't do it on the Vista...went ahead and went for the full experience in a cabana
