Cave Tubing Recommendation

I'm looking for a cave tubing recommendation. We'll be on Norwegian Dawn and the cruise line doesn't have any cave tubing excursions listed so I'll have to book on my own. This is our first time cruising so I'm unsure of the process and how safe everything is.

 

I'm looking for a company that offers the tubes with the back rest since my husband has some back flare ups every now and then. We would prefer not to carry our tubes through the jungle and if there's a tube with a solid bottom vs. open that would be ideal. Does this exists?

We will also be cruising on the Dawn and we have booked tubing with "Butts Up cave tubing" Here is a link to their website http://www.cave-tubing.com/. They have the best prices that I could find and good reviews. I booked online and the owner was in touch with me via email within an hour. The tubes do have back rests. I would suggest you email the address on their site and ask about carrying the tube and solid bottoms.
