SJCNEWBIE Posted January 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 17, 2016 Hello, Having cruised Disney the last few times, I think I might give RCI another go. Considering a Christmas 2017 cruise. A few Q's: - How does RCI pricing work, does it start off cheapest on opening day, and only get more expensive? - Do RCI increase the prices much over the Christmas period? - Would Oasis of the Seas be good for a 2.5 yr old? Thanks in advance, Stevey
Ken at the beach Posted January 17, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2016 (edited) Book early and watch the prices. Last year on the Oasis at Christmas we found a huge price drop 2 weeks prior to final payment. Prices are definitely higher for the week of Christmas but New Years week is even higher. Oasis or a Freedom class would be great for a 2 1/2 yo. If your heart is not set on being on the ship for Christmas Day check out the prices of the cruises the week before Christmas as they are half the price.
