Nassau with a full leg brace?

My ship is leaving in 3 days and I've torn the ACL and MCL in my right knee so I'm in a full leg brace. RCI has arranged for Pier Assistance, but they will not allow me to use the wheelchair beyond the pier and into the Cruise Terminal in Nassau.

I wonder what/where I might be able to go to get...appetizers, cocktails and people watching that wouldn't be too hard on me. If some of you have been there recently what would you recommend? I know they added the big fence around the terminal and there might be a place inside now with the shopping stalls...is there anything else that you can think of, super close just outside of the fence, that would make me feel like I got off the ship for a little while?
