If you check the following link to the PDFs you can see which cabins have sofa bed and a Pullman - only on decks 6,7,8 and 9 and it's the cabins with both a triangle and a square symbol

You will probably only be offered these cabins if your party size is more than 2 .... That's the way the UK Celebrity website offers available cabins anyway

All the cabins with upper berths & sofa beds have the bed by the bath instead of the balcony sliders. Yes, they are marked on the deck plans with a triangle or square.
