rarodg2 Posted October 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 7, 2005 Is the tour that Carnival offers the same as the tubing excursion that you can book through private tours or is it different? From what I have read it seems to be different but I don't want to make a mistake. The private tours only seem to last about 1 hour while Carnival's tour lasts about 3 hours. Does anybody know the differences between the tours? Thanks. Rebecca
gumba1 Posted October 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 7, 2005 I can't tell you the difference since I didn't use the cruise ships excursions. But I can tell you that last week I took the Dunns River, river tubing adventure with Phil Lafayette and it lasted about 4 hrs. He includes a little sightseeing and alot of info about the island. You can find all you need to know about the various companies and what they offer by reading this board - there is so much info here. I planned my whole trip through what I learned here and had an absolute blast! Good luck & keep reading!:D
