I emailed them directly and this is their response that I copied and pasted. I think I've read on here you have to go there directly to get access. Hope this helps. I'll be going in just over a month. Have never been but excited to see it.

I bought mine on line at booatourcaribean . I was. Little nervous and emailed the resort. They confirmed it was a valid vendor. It was $5 cheaper than at the resort. You only pay 20% online and the rest when you check in.

 

Some in our party wit shopping first and arrived at 1 and wasted an hour standing in line with all the folks checking into the resort. So arrive early

 

Food was not cheap. A Caesar salad for $13 , a hot dog for $15. So you may want to take that into account.

I am looking to get a day pass for next week, but have been unable to get through to the resort directly and the website bookatourcaribbean.com is glitching. I am concerned about waiting until we get there, given that it is Spring Break week .. any additional suggestions from anyone that has done this differently!?
