nlptes Posted October 24, 2006 #4 Share Posted October 24, 2006 We're on the Dawn 10/29-11/5 and someone said they called and there WILL be a costume party. I'd think, just bring your costumes, cuz YOU KNOW people will be dressed up; and no, unlike on the Love Boat, the cruiselines DON'T rent costumes (unless you want a tuxedo costume). Just a thought, since packing space is limited... just bring a mask or something for your head/face/ears/mustache/ funky eyeglasses, etc. to join in the fun. It's more about the fun than the costume :p ... Just bring a pair of plastic FANG TEETH  with bloooooddd :D Have a ghoul of a time!

I'm going on the 10/29 sailing on the Star and also wanted to know about Halloween. I called their 800# and the representative stated NCL doesn't do anything for Halloween. Apparently they did several years ago and had complaints (who would go on a cruise during Halloween and complain?!?). We're bringing masquerade masks and are hoping others will dress up as well. Since I'm not the one that called, I can't say positively... but there are about 50 in our group who will be in costume. I plan on wearing mine to dinner and for the evening :D Have fun!
