Is anyone able to tell me what scotch and irish whiskys are available in malting. Also are they included in the ultimate drinks package

Which ship? Epic? It doesn't really matter much because the bar menus are more or less fleetwide. You can find a current menu of liquor brands from the Escape here. Look for the page that says "Topmast Spirits". Most bars actually offer this same selection.

 

At Maltings they have a menu of whisky-based cocktails (Lynchburg Lemonade, Blood & Sand, Godfather, etc.), and they also have some whiskies that are not listed on the menu, like Talisker or JW Blue. Everything is included in the UBP, but some of the unlisted brands may go over $15 and you will have to pay the difference. Just ask the bartender. If you like whisky, this is a great deal, and you will get more value out of the UBP than just about everyone else on board.
