Conquest next month - where to check email in port?

I haven't been to Grand Cayman or Jamaica in a few years - any tips on where I can check my email CLOSE to port? We'll also be going to Sunset Beach, so does anyone know if they have internet access available for a fee? As much as I would like to FORGET about email for the week, I run a business and need to stay in contact with my customers.

I need 30 to 45 minutes of email time at least twice during the week - and on the ship that adds up fast. I always stop at the internet place in Cozumel and spend 45 minutes or so checking email - it only costs a few dollars. I'm looking for a similar place in Jamaica, preferably. I can probably skip checking my email in Grand Cayman since I will be in Cozumel the following day.
