exercise classes etc on costa deliziosa

Does anyone have info on what exercies classes and sports equipment we will find on our upcoming cruise on Costa Deliziosa ?

Also, do Costa sell packages of classes and are there any or many free classes ?

last year there were free stretch classes and some aerobic type stuff by the pool. Plenty of dance classes and some of the latin stuff was quite lively. Didnt try any at the gym and didnt notice any packages, but as I wasnt in the market for one maybe didnt see it

Free group exercise classes every afternoon about 5pm Lido deck. Lots of group dance classes morning and afternoon. Plenty of sports equipment in the gym.
