3rd and 4th free?

It looks like there's a promotion for 3rd and 4th free right now. I'm looking into the Hawaiian cruise for next year in either June or July. I've never sailed with NCL, does anyone know if these promotions are typical? Trying to determine if this same special will be available next year. We'd be taking my twins who will be 8 at that time. Thank you!

NCL sometimes changes which sailings it applies to. It's not offered on every sailing.

what about February? do you think they will extend into February 2017?
