From EZE to Recolate - Fares?

I'm flying into EZE in December this year and wondering what the most practical, and safe, method of getting to Recoleta would be and an approximate cost.

 

Any thoughts for someone who is guaranteed to be bleary eyed and sleepy?

The US $ is still very strong against the Argentine $. The most expedite, safe and most practical way from BA's international airport to the Recoleta area (where Eva Peron is buried in the cemetery there) would be a taxi, no more than $20-25US each way and depending on traffic, 30 minutes minimum but no more than 1 hour I would think. My hotel arranged a private car and driver to pick me up at EZE two years ago and I believe the charge added to my hotel bill was less than $20US. Taxis are very cheap in Buenos Aires. If you are staying in a hotel in BA, ask the hotel if they can arrange a car and driver for you and what they would charge.

There is a taxi kiosk in the airport as you walk out of the terminal where you arrange a taxi into town. They are fixed price rides. Last year I believe it was under $20.
