They won't say gluten free per-se you will just have to determine it to be gluten free by the lack of bread/wheat/gluten in the meal. That being said ... if have Celiac disease and are susceptible to even trace amounts of gluten I would be sure to convey your health concern clearly. We are big fans of Aloha Beach Bar which is on the south end of Orient. In the past they have offered a wonderful Salad Exotique which was essentially a lobster salad, YUM! They have a couple of fish dishes too and usually some daily specials. Fresh fish, seafood and salads are offered at many of the restaurants. Happy Eating!
