I have 2 cabins booked. Hubby and I in one, and 2 13 yo's in the cabin across from us. So far I've only been able to secure 1 FTTF pass. In the event I am unable o get an additional one, will they let the 2 13 yo's board with the adults or do I just cancel?

Have you tried calling? They should be able to add FTTF to the other, even if it's sold out, as long as the bookings are linked.

As you know it's per cabin, and if only one cabin has it, then only one cabin can get the benefits of it.

I had FTTF one year and went early with a friend I met at the pre-cruise hotel and they let her board with me. Of course she didn't get the other perks. I think a lot depends on the personnel you encounter at the port but I imagine they will allow it.
