ashlyndalesmommy Posted October 15, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2005 This is my first cruise. It is on Carnival Celebration in April out of Jacksonville. Empress Deck Inside stateroom E76 Seemed to be in the middle of the ship on the left side. I am so new to this. I didn't realize there were "bad" rooms with noise from the casino and such. Is mine okay??

Is mine okay?? Check the Carnival Celebration webpage for the deck plans and see what is below you, but esp. above you. The casino is generally not a problem. Sometimes if their is a lounge, gym, or pool above you, you can hear some noise (work out equip., chairs being moved, etc.), so just check it out. You are in for a wonderful time. gg
Rare mamiamjo Posted October 16, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 16, 2005 I've sailed on Celebration a few times and while never in #76, I have been across the hall in an OV cabin right around there. You are located under the dining room I think which should be fine. I would think if it was under the Galley it may be a problem, but I never really heard much noise from above in a similarly positioned cabin on that ship. Enjoy your cruise.
