kezz Posted April 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2016 Hi all. A little specific this one. I know we have to get the train and have the timetable for times. What I would like to know from people who have taken this trip. We're having a day at PortAventura Sorry the question is How easy is it at the train station to, 1, Buy your ticket? (I understand I can get a train and Park ticket in one) 2, How easy is it to find the right platform. Sorry long winded Thanks for any help
hkto Posted April 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2016 (edited) You are correct about combo ticket which essentially includes free rail. However unlike regular admission ticket that can be bought online this one can only be bought in person at the train station of your choice. Here is link to schedule for R16 train. Three highlighted stations (Sants, Franca & Gracia) are departure points http://rodalies.gencat.cat/web/.content/pdf/horaris/r16.pdf Walk from Port Aventura train stop is short and signed. Just follow the crowd. Also see http://www.barcelonayellow.com/bcn/Barcelona-most-famous-tourist-attractions%20/theme-parks/portaventura Park is big so go early as lots of time is wasted in lines for rides. They sell fast pass at extra cost. Edited April 9, 2016 by hkto
