We will be sailing on the Dawn next weekend. Is the parking at the Julia Street Terminal in a parking garage or in an outside lot? I've read the directions and looked at Google Earth pics, but can't figure it out. Thanks for the info.

It is called the 'Whale Lot'.

They will give you directions when you enter the area.
