Arrival time question

Recommended Posts

I will be taking an Alaskan cruise in May on the Pearl. I went to do my online check in yesterday, and the earliest arrival time I could choose was 11:30 am. We already have reservations with Seattle Express for a 10 am pickup from the Sleep Inn SeaTac. I understand that it is a half hour drive to Pier 66.

The website said that we could be turned away if we arrive too early. Is this true? Would we be better off taking the next shuttle? Another option would be to drop off our luggage and walk downtown for about 30-45 minutes. Would that be possible?

Any feedback you could provide would be appreciated.
