Palma - Embarkation

Does anyone know what dock is used in Palma? Is it the dock where you come out of the gate and cathedral is in front of you.

No, it is in the Porto Pi area. There is a cruise terminal there.

No, they usually charge but if the port provides them they are often free.

The ships for Thomson all dock at pier number 4 at Porto Pi - you can walk out of the port and get the number one bus - the bus stop is right outside the port exit - which goes past the cathedral and get off there or walk it to the cathedral but I would estimate at approx 45 minutes walk each way without stopping.

I was in Palma last week and was hoping it would be the dock by the cathedral. There's a great cafe by the dock gate with fantastic views of the bay and cathedral. A bus ride is no problem and cheap.
