tipsy Posted June 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 8, 2016 Have to admit my lack of knowledge here. What is a fttf?
LMBB Posted June 8, 2016 #6 Share Posted June 8, 2016 It stands for Faster to the Fun, and is a program for purchase from Carnival that allows for priority boarding and debarkation, among a few other advantages. tipsy Posted June 16, 2016 #7 Share Posted June 16, 2016 Thanks. Doesn't being a repeat cruiser do the same? It's what I thought.
originalgeek Posted June 16, 2016 #8 Share Posted June 16, 2016 Thanks. Doesn't being a repeat cruiser do the same? It's what I thought. Diamonds and platinums get a lot of perks but you have to repeat a lot to get there. Until then, 60 bucks per cabin gets you priority embarkation line, special short line at guest services, your cabin is ready as soon as you board so you can get on the ship and drop your bags in your room and begin vacation (that only really helps if you get to port early. Stroll in at 2:00 and most likely you can walk right on board anyway and your room will be available soon - at least, that's what people say - I haven't done it yet). You get priority for tenders to ports that need them and maybe priority if you need to pick a certain dining time in the MDR (not clear on that and didn't worry as I already got the one I wanted there). I'll let ya know if I think it was worth it next month. :)
tipsy Posted June 25, 2016 #9 Share Posted June 25, 2016 Thanks, would appreciate the info. The tendering priority is what I'm looking at.
