cruisevers Posted October 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 21, 2005 According to my contact at Nativeway this morning, they came through pretty good. Lot of rain and some wind but she said they were lucky.
budaman Posted October 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2005 Been keeping an eye on things there because we head down tommorrow for a week. Had 50 -60 knot winds for a couple of days, lots of rain with some localized flooding and power outages. A few of the dive op docks were damaged but they anticipate being back in business by Sat. Dive operators are saying conditions should be excellent by Sunday and all of next week. Will try and post a report when we get there if I can find an internet cafe that is up & going. Susky Posted October 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 21, 2005 This site has a pretty good record of what's going on there now. And there are some pictures, too. http://stormcarib.com/reports/2005/cayman.shtml
