I have cruised Royal and Carnival this will be our first time on NCL on the Gem in October return out of San Juan, I know the ship returns to port early morning, just wondering if the ship is cleared, what is the earliest time we can get off the ship?

We are looking at a 11:30am flight, I know the airport is only 20 mins from the cruise port and only one other ship is debarking the same day, we are on deck 10, we are Canadian citizens so cannot use self assist to get off the ship and global entry cannot be used at seaports so just wondering from experience disembarking to make the flight. Thank you
