Jamaica - Dolphin Cove or Dunns river falls and tubing ?

Hi all I need some advice. We are stuck on whether to go to dunns river falls followed by tubing or to go to dolpnih cove and swim with the dolphons or would we possibly have time to do all three or just dolphon cove and dunns ?

We really wan to do all three but our ship only docks from 9am-6pm.

Any advice / comments would be greatly appreciated.

provided you docked as scheduled, I would think you could do all three. I would contact a local tour guide and ask if they felt they could get you to each place in time and back to the ship.
