Jacuzzi bathtub in owner's suite on Insignia?

I seem to remember reading that they have removed the bathtub and replaced it with a large shower stall. Is that correct?

That is correct, in both the Owners and the Vista Suites, and the new bathrooms are all marble and the showers are huge l :D

That's an unfortunate event in my opinion. But I guess it doesn't matter as I will not be booking one in this lifetime.....we do love the tubs on Marina!

It is a HUGE improvement because unlike the Marina & Riviera, the original bathrooms in the Vista and Owner Suites on the R ships ONLY had that huge step down Jacuzzi tub in them (no separate shower) .

The newer ships' design with both a shower AND a tub is great, but having to climb down into that old tub to take a shower was downright dangerous!

Glad to see them go!
