Contacting F&B manager pre cruise

Recommended Posts

I have written the concierge twice for our cruise next month on Navigator regarding a party I would like to host. I have had no response. I would like to obtain information regarding options for food I can have served in our cabin and its cost.

Is there a way to contact the F&B manager? We are leaving our home 7 days prior to our cruise. I am thinking of having the party the morning of our first full day on the ship. I want to have it handled prior to our leaving home.

Thanks in advance.

The normal time frame for a Concierge to contact guests regarding special arrangements for their cruise is a week prior to your departure.

You could try NV_HotelDirector@rccl.com

I had a party in my cabin on the Navigator during a sailing in April. We arranged it via the event coordinator. We had a full bar for 20+ people for an hour. We didn't get food but the cost is about $15+ per person for the same stuff that you can get elsewhere on the ship.
