Tour Meeting Locations on Vista

Does anyone have any recommendations for where to establish a meeting place on the Vista for independent tour groups?

 

I'm in charge of a few ItalyTourSharing groups and would love to hear what has worked best for others.

We didn't do any large group tours but I'd have to think the Atrium area would be a good meeting point.

I did a couple of group tours and we would all meet after exiting the ship usually in the port terminal building. It helps if you have been corresponding on social media and can share pictures of yourself or meet up in person first so you know who to look for at your meeting point.

I did a few group tours and we simply met at the vans. I did email my group prior to leaving the states and brought sticky notes which I left on cabin doors to remind them.

 

Since the vans are right outside of the terminals and are holding signs with the last name of the tour leader, it was very simple to just meet at the vans and it is far less congested in the parking area than it is on the ship with thousands trying to get off at the same time.

Our group met at the Red Frog once, and in the Atrium the other times. Worked out perfectly.
