learjetjock Posted May 15, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2004 Has anyone used their Elite perks on a recent cruise and can give us an update on how it is working? Does it give you priority dining times on PC?

christiansmom Posted May 15, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2004 My parents had a suite on the Caribe deck. They had canapes delivered one night, chocolate covered strawberries and a plate of chocolates delivered another. Bar consisted of small bottles of requested liquors and regular size sodas. They received a corsage and boutonniere (sp?) on the first formal night. My father had his tux cleaned and it was perfectly laundered and pressed. My mom ordered tea for us one afternoon and they were clueless. Sent up Lipton tea bags and regular cookies. We called back and they were politely argumentative and told us we have to tell them exactly what we want. They need to work on this. Priority tender tickets were delivered to their suite the first day we sailed. The bath products were the same as I received in my mini-suite but were in bottles and twice the size. They also received bath gel (we did not). Robes were nice and fluffy...not waffle weave (not complaining, just stating the difference) and they had slippers as well. No priority seating and they were unable to make reservations for Sterling's/Sabatini's any differently that I was. Hope this helps!
