P.O call centre

Hi does anybody know what are the opening hours are for the call centre please.

I am wanting to get a disability form emailed to complete and send back but I am having no luck getting through to the call centre.

Opening hours

Mon-Fri: 08.00 - 20:00

Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00

Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

Try 08433740001 P&O direct line,if you have booked through P&O direct or through your Travel Agent contact them and they will arrange to have disability form e-miled direct to you. We did this last month through TA and P&O e-mailed us this form 1/2hr later. We completed e-mailed it back and within 2hrs informed that we had been allocated an adapted cabin. Good luck.

Also try Customer Servoces 0800 052 3840. Not so expensive as 084 number,P&O picks up cost of this number. Got this from another thread hope it helps
