NCL Jade Haven Owners Suite perks

Hello all,

 

Have seen from another thread that bottled water and sodas seem to be included (and refilled) at no cost? Can anyone confirm that this is correct?

 

Also, the 3 bottle liquor setup - can the choices be upgraded (e.g. to Grey Goose vodka, Southern Comfort & Drambuie) and at what cost? Can you use OBC (non-refundable) to pay for this?

Can't help you on the liquor question, but in the owners suite on the Gem we had no problems getting sodas and bottled water at no cost.

Liquor "upgrades" seems to be hit/miss.

 

I've had luck sometimes, no luck others.

 

You can ask now and, if it's a "no", try again once aboard. ;)

We will be in the Garden Villa on the Dawn this Friday, and asked to upgrade from Smirnoff Vodka to Gray Goose. We were told there would be a charge of $40 to do so, but were offered a list of alternate vodkas (Absolut, Kettel One, Svedka, etc) that we could replace it with at no extra charge.

Guests of the Haven have a dedicated Concierge Desk available up to 2 weeks prior to your sailing from 9am-9pm. They can be reached at 1(855)625-4283 or via email at NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com

Hi, we were in an owners suite on NCL Jewel in February and had sodas, still and sparkling water in our fridge which was replaced as we used it. Also we were allowed to swap Beefeater Gin for Hendricks with no problem even though it wasn't on list so always worth asking, hope you have a great cruise.
